hello! im so happy now! we got 3rd for 4 by 400! it was so close at the last part but sexy MAO beat rachel lee! yay! haha but i heard that rachel lee couldn't take it and couldn't breathe. poor her. we didn't get anything for 200 and 1.5 but thats okay cause sarah, yus and carol tried their best. yus had a asthma attack halfway through 1.5km so she stopped. hope you're alright, yus!
